Transition and Stack Sections and FGR line

a- The Transition Section is Square to Round fabricated out of 1/4” thk SA36 plate material.

b- The Transition Section is bolted type / attached to the Radiant and Convection Box.

c- The Transition Section is insulated 8-lb 2300 deg folded ceramic fiber modules on the top and sides. The bottom is insulated with 2600 deg castable refractory.

d- The 36” OD x 20’ high vent stack is bolted type / attached to the Convection Section made out A36 material.

e- This unit is equipped with FGR (Flue Gas Recirculation line) That improves the efficiency of the Unit.

f- The Convection and Stack Section are coated with a primer and high heat black top coat.

HEAT EXCHANGER

Qty 1 – Two Pass Feed Water Heat Exchangers

MAWP – 1,600 PSIG

Constructed per ASME Sec VIII div I from 4”-Sch 80, SA-106-B SMLS pipe and SA-234-WPB fittings.

Inlet and outlet connections to be 3”-1500# flanges.

Heat Exchanger is supported by a wide flange frame.
