Designed for crude, water or mixed phase heating and injection service up to 2200 psi wellhead pressure.

Heater System:

• Rated input - 7.5 million btu/hr, single pass-through
• Layered return-bend heating coil, 2" seamless pipe (schedule 40) and return bends
• Automatic temperature controller (Kimray T-12) with thermostatic burner control
• CO2 fire protection system with automatic fuel and engine shutoff
• Spark-ignited pilot light and propane pre-heater (1" line) within heater box
• Insulated heater hood with automatic closure and waterheated vaporizer.
• Dual toolboxes on each side of heater assembly

High-Pressure Pump:

• Gardner Denver Tee
• 3" Colomony plungers - 5" stroke - cast steel fluid ends
• Hardened valve seats; heavy duty driveline, universal joints

Low-Pressure Pumps:

• Viking LV3900 - 3" feed pump
• Bowie Series 33 - 3" loading pump

Control Manifold

• 3" suction lines - Sch. 40 pipe with butterfly valves
• 2" manifold - Sch 80 seamless pipe with ball valves
• 2" high pressure discharge - Sch 160 seamless pipe rated at 5,000 psi at 300 F with gate valve
• Safety Panel - Includes high/low temperature and pressure gauges with automatic burner shutdown, lo-flow safety switch and rapid fuel shut-off

Fire Protection & Saftey

• CO2 Fire System - Amerex Model 331
• Dry Chemical Extinguisher: Ansul Sentry AA20
• Automatic engine/fuel shutdown upon activation
• Deluxe safety panel with hi/lo temp and pressure interlocs, lo-flow sensor, CO2 trigger and lighted alarms
