This Chandler Truck-Mounted Hot Oil Unit is a high-capacity, propane-fired system designed for well service operations requiring fluid heating and injection up to ~2,200 PSI. It features dual-compartment service tanks, Gardner-Denver high-pressure pumping system, dual feeder pumps (Viking & Bowie), and comprehensive safety automation. Its design, including 7.5 MM BTU/h thermal rating and integrated CO₂ fire suppression, meets heavy-duty field service requirements for crude oil, water, and stimulation fluids.
