Triton Vacs

• Weight 5400 lbs each
• 800 gal tanks
• All 3 rig vacs have a RFL-100 vacuum pump - they will move 1250 cu ft of air a minute - these pumps use 15/40 wt diesel motor oil from the rigs
• R-Vacs work on 40 hp electric motors and wired for 480 volts
• (One of the vacs is missing a motor)
• 3” suction - 4” discharge

Pump & Controls Vacs

• 500 gal tank
• Two piece vacs
• These vacs have a NOV-Challenger 607 vacuum pump that have a processing capacity of 375 cu ft of air per minute.
• They use 15/40 wt motor oil from the rigs.
• They run on 30 hp electric motor wired for 480 volts.
• 3” suction and discharge

Screen Cleaners

All the screen cleaners are built with a custom steel cage and D ring for lifting - motor is bolted to a custom steel table inside steel cage - all these cleaners run with a 1500 psi general pressure pump and capable of pumping up to 2.5 gpm - these pumps have all buna seals and o’rings for pumping diesel - coupled direct drive to a 3hp electric Baldwin motor with a shaft milled down for for a direct drive fit to general pump - all these motors are wired for 480 volts - all have explosion proof Electrial box’s & have timers in box

Pressure Washers

2 pressure washer built on steel skid - all these pw run with a 4500 psi General pressure pump and is capable of pumping 4.5 gpm they run on 20 hp elect motors - all these motors are wired for 480 volts - all have explosion proof Electrical box’s & have timers in box they have a 350 gal water only day tank mounted on skid also
