This unit is mounted on a three runner oil field type skid.
Used Gardner Denver PZ-9 Triplex Mud Pump powered by a Used CAT D 398 Diesel Engine w/ Allison 8962 Transmission.
This unit is mounted on a new three runner oilfield type skid and unitized with the following equipment:
(1) Chain Drive Assembly includes: (drive sprocket, bull sprocket, hubs, lay shaft, bearing housings, bearings, seals, driveline, lubricating system, chain and oil tight chain case)
(1) 5,000 psi discharge strainer
(1) Rebuilt Hydril K-20 5,000 psi pulsation dampener
(1) Oteco 3” 5,000 psi shear relief valve
(1) NOV 2” 0-6,000 psi mud pressure gauge
(1) Pinion driven MCM 250 Series 5x6 charge pump
(1) Pinion driven MCM 1-1/2''x2'' liner wash system
(1) Diesel day tank
(1) Air volume tank Bridges will furnish
(1) New Set of fluid end expendables (size determined by customer) with the purchase of the unit.
Unit will be pressure tested at our test facility upon completion.
Customer is encouraged to visit to witness the test.
We have multiple packages available, all of them in Great Condition and Field Ready!
With each package we will perform the following inspections and maintenance prior to shipping.
Engine full service and inspection including:
- Oil change
- Pump End Full Service and Inspection Including a new set of, liners, plungers, valves, seats and springs that we will install.
- Gear End Full Service and Inspection including oil change
Packages will be ran for 24 hours to ensure no issues with engines,
Pumps will be pressured up to 2,000 - 3,000 psi to ensure no issues with pumps.
