Principle of operation

2183 Decanter Centrifuge features a slender cylindrical/conical bowl with a relatively large length/diameter ratio. The screw conveyor, which is fitted inside the bowl, enables the continuous removal of separated solids.

Modifications:

-Screw on tiles removed and replaced with industry standard tiles

-Main motor removed and replaced with NEW 125HP XP T Frame Motor

-Back motor removed and replaced with NEW 30hp XP T Frame Motor

-Back Drive motor installed in-line and direct coupled

-TB woods coupling 10J utilized

-Gearbox removed and replaced with Rev Tech P90 95:1 two stage planetary

-Gear flange modified to accept the P90 gearbox

-New spline shaft made to mate to LW530 spline hub and P90 involuted spline

-Dam plates removed and adjustable eccentric installed

-2018 Modifications started and completed
