A full refurbishment has been completed on these Mongoose PRO Shaker's: 

-Complete Disassembly of Mongoose PRO

-Transport to S/B and Paint Facility

-Sand Blast and Full Inspection of Basket and Skid

-Paint all Basket/Skid Components

-Complete digital file to be included with purchase only

-Pick up at S/B and Paint Facility and Return to Yard for reassembly.

Replace the following with new:

1) All control components have been replaced with new.

2) each 2.5 HP 460v, 3 phase, 60hz, Electric Vibrator Motors (Used Good)

2) each Motor Bolt Kit

4) each Hawk Glands 

2) each 21' sections of type P electric cable

Balanced Elliptical Motion

Effective for tophole sections with heavy, high-volume solids, the balanced-elliptical motion provides 7.5 G of force to quickly move high volumes of solids across the screens. The motion increases conveyance rates and shaker fluid capacity while enabling the shaker to process heavier solids.

Progressive elliptical produces dryer cuttings

The gentler action of the progressive-elliptical motion is effective when the cuttings volume is reduced, such as in lower sections and when operators want a longer drying time for the cuttings. The G force is reduced to 6.5 G to optimize drilling fluid recovery and produce dryer cuttings. The efficiency of this motion allows for higher processing rates while increasing cuttings dryness to minimize haul-off costs.
