🔥 2014 KEMTRON Dual Centrifuge Trailer

Processing Capacity: 1000 GPM

This Dual Centrifuge trailer was manufactured by Kemtron Technologies in 2014. This unit completed 2 projects and was put into storage in 2017. This trailer has not been in the field since 2017.

Due to the short service time these centrifuges are in really good condition, showing little to no wear.

Each Centrifuge has an independent VFD controlled feed pump, dedicated polymer mix tank and polymer feed pump.

The centrifuge main driver, back drive and feed pump are all controlled by a SIMENS SIMATIC PANEL Touch Screen. The Polymer feed pump speed is adjusted by a rheostat located on the panel door. Additionally the solids discard screw conveyor is turned on via the HMI touch screen.

There are 2 polymer mix tanks, each polymer mix tank has 2 dedicated agitators and 1 dedicated polymer feed pump per compartment. Should a polymer feed pump fail while in service, each polymer feed pump can be used to feed either centrifuge. The main fluid compartments are equipped with 2 mud mix agitators that help in maintaining a homogenous feed to the centrifuges.

Inspection Notes:

Overall condition: Good

Rotating Assembly Wear and Tear: Minimal

Leaks Identified: Polymer Feed Pump 1 needs vic rubber gasket replaced.

Paint: Sun Faded due to sitting outdoors

Test: Centrifuges hydro tested at full speed. Feed pump speed increased and decreased. Polymer Feed pumps hydro tested. Polymer mixers, Agitators, Screw Conveyors and Lights all turned on an off.
