The FLC 503 (3-panel) has 24.9 sq. ft. with the PMD and 34.5 sq. ft. with the PMD+.

The FLC 503/504 drying shakers are powered by two Super G vibrating motors producing 7.0 G’s (FLC 503) and 7.3 G’s (FLC 504) for superior performance. The greased-for-life bearing system eliminates the need for any external lubrication, which reduces maintenance and repair costs. Sound output is reduced to a continuous 81 dBA. The higher G’s generated by the Super G motors combined with Derrick’s Pyramid screen technology have proven to be very effective in liquid/solids separation due to superior conveyance characteristics and maximized available screening area.
