Portable, skid-mounted 90-barrel self-sufficient mixing plants, each equipped with two engines and two pumps, designed for various mixing applications in frac plug drill outs, coil tubing, snubbing, stimulation, workover and blending small batch drilling muds and brines as well as other drilling and completion fluids applications.

DIESEL ENGINES

• Each unit has one (1) 4-cylinder diesel engines rated at 127 hp at 2500 RPM

CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS

• Each unit is equipped with (2) Mission mechanical seal, 4"x 3"x 13"pumps with approximate capacity of 546 gallon per minute discharge

REDUNDANT PLUMBING

• The dual pump system allows each tank to be operated independently or simultaneously

MIXING CAPACITY

• All skids have a 90-barrel tank system divided into a 55-barrel and a 35-barrel tank

STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION

• Tub interiors are iron cladded with stainless steel

STAINLESS STEEL PLUMBING

• All skids are equipped with stainless steel plumbing

DIMENSIONS and WEIGHT

• Each skid is 92” wide, 430” (35.83’) in length, and weighs approximately 21,000 pounds (empty)
