The system consists of:

4500 gallon roll off bin outfitted with plumbing and two compartments (Manufacture Date: March 2020)

• Roll off bin was built from existing tank, ~3/16" thickness

Each compartment has an autofloat system to control the two of the pumps (floats trigger pump in AUTO mode at high tank level, runs motor until low tank cutoff). 

(2) mud guns - one in each compartment, mounted on rotating chicksons

(1) NOV Mini Cobra two panel shale shaker (300 GPM) (Remanufactured by NOV March 2020)

(1) NOV Mini Cobra two panel mud cleaner with (4) 4" cones (10 cone manifold) (Remanufactured by NOV March 2020)

Custom pump skid with (3) 10HP 4x3 O'Drill Mission 250 centrifugal pumps (Manufacture Date: March 2020)

Power supply is 460VAC. Connections for 6 pumps (three 10HP on skid, one 20HP, two 7.5 HP), two shakers

8 outlets for 120VAC (converted within power supply)

Lights mounted to power panel from front and back of pump skid

20 HP trailer mounted Gorman Rupp Super T Series pump (custom trailer)
